Step 1: Grease and line a 8cm x 26cm bar/loaf pan with baking paper.
Step 2: Place the condensed milk and butter in a saucepan and stir over a gentle heat until the butter is melted. Remove the pan from heat and add the white chocolate, stir together until mixture is completely smooth. (I use the microwave for this step).
Step 3: Place biscuit pieces in a bowl with the cranberries, pistachios and almonds and add the chocolate mixture. Mix well and add the choc bits.
Step 4: Press the mixture into prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Refrigerate until set. Cut into slices and serve.
