  • 2 packages (12 ounces each) frozen Spinach Soufflé (Stouffer's)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1 can (14 ounce) marinated artichoke hearts (marinated, drained)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (dry)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  • Step 2: Defrost souffle packages in microwave on 50% power for 6 to 7 minutes.

  • Step 3: Melt butter over medium-high heat and cook onion until soft. Add defrosted Spinach Soufflés and mix well.

  • Step 4: Place 1/2 spinach mixture in prepared casserole dish; top with artichoke hearts. Top with remaining spinach mixture. Combine bread crumbs and cheese; sprinkle over casserole.

  • Step 5: Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until set.
