  • 1 medium carrot (finely sliced and finely chopped or roughly grated)
  • 4 ounces red onion (1/2 onion, finely sliced and finely chopped or roughly grated)
  • 3 radish (finely sliced and chopped)
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons mayonnaise (good Quality Mayonnaise - to taste)
  • 1/2 whole lemon (zest and juice - to taste)
  • Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper
