Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 13 ounces cooked rice (1 1/2 cups cooked, cold mashed well cooked soft rice)
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 3 large egg whites (beaten stiff)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups milk (scalded, it said pint)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (it said wheat flour)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat up waffle iron, then generously with spray Pam (butter is what they said, I think these will stick).

  • Step 2: Add butter to hot milk, then cool it down. add to rice along with egg yolks and salt.

  • Step 3: Add in the cornstarch; mix well, then fold in egg whites. Bake.

  • Step 4: It said salad oiled waffle iron.
