Step 1: Preheat oven to 220C.
Step 2: Combine ingredients up to pastry, in a big bowl.
Step 3: Lay 1/6 pork mix on the long edge of a pastry sheet and roll.
Step 4: Finish seam side down.
Step 5: Repeat five times.
Step 6: Place of baking tray or trays lined with baking paper.
Step 7: Cut each large roll into 6 small ones and brush with egg wash and then scatter over sesame seeds.
Step 8: Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until puffed and golden.
Step 9: Serve with chilli sauce, hot or sweet which ever you prefer.
