Step 1: Cake: mix all ingredients stir well before put in wet ingredients. put in oiled 9x13 pan. Bake 30 minutes while warm make frosting
Step 2: Frosting: use large saucepan. it will bubble up then cook down.
Step 3: Combine sugar, milk, butter & vanilla. Bring to a boil stirring until mixture is thick. Stir in nuts & coconuts then frost cake while warm
