Step 1: Bring beer and water to a boil in a large stockpot.
Step 2: Add sausage, turkey wings, green beans, and pepper.
Step 3: Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
Step 4: Add corn and cook, covered, for 8 minutes more, or until corn is tender. Add more pepper if desired.
Step 5: Remove meat and vegetables to a serving platter and spoon some of the liquid over them.
Step 6: Pass some melted butter at the table.
