Step 1: Spread 1 teaspoon butter over 1 side of both sluces of bread.
Step 2: Place one slice of bread, butter side down in a skillet, top with one slice of cheese, apple slices, lettuce keaf and remaining sluce of cheese; top with the other sluce of bread, butter side up.
Step 3: Place on burner of stove and bring to medium-high heat and cook until golden brown, turn over and cook until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Step 4: Slice in half and enjoy.
