  • 2 ounces sliced provolone cheese (2 slices)
  • 1/4 green apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 2 teaspoons butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Spread 1 teaspoon butter over 1 side of both sluces of bread.

  • Step 2: Place one slice of bread, butter side down in a skillet, top with one slice of cheese, apple slices, lettuce keaf and remaining sluce of cheese; top with the other sluce of bread, butter side up.

  • Step 3: Place on burner of stove and bring to medium-high heat and cook until golden brown, turn over and cook until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.

  • Step 4: Slice in half and enjoy.
