  • Step 2: Start blender on slow, increase speed gradualy, blend on high for 1 minute.

  • Step 3: Add poppy seed blend on medium speed for a few seconds.

  • Step 4: Pour into a microwaveable bowl.

  • Step 5: Cook 2 minutes on high.

  • Step 6: Whisk to keep mixture smooth.

  • Step 7: Microwave an additional 2 minutes.

  • Step 8: Keeps well in the fridge.
