Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound fettuccine noodles (cooked)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 2 ounces blue cheese (2 tablespoons)
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon chives minced
  • 1 teaspoon minced parsley

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine butter and cheese in a saucepan over low heat. Melt together while stirring with a fork.

  • Step 2: Pour over pasta cooked al dente.

  • Step 3: Cover with “much” grated Parmesan.

  • Step 4: Garnish with herbs.

  • Step 6: Cook the pasta , drain it , but leave a little water on pasta add butter and cheese start low on blue cheese its strong but great and add after the parm mix and toss would be awesome with steak just awesome recipe
