  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
  • POLENTA
  • 4 cups cooked polenta
  • 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, grated (emmentaler)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil add onion, saute.

  • Step 2: Add garlic and paste, dont burn.

  • Step 3: Add meat, brown.

  • Step 5: Meanwhile, stir cheese in polenta so it melts, then season.

  • Step 6: Plate top with sausage mixture.
