Step 1: In a shallow bowl combine melted butter with garlic and a pinch of salt.
Step 2: In another shallow bowl combine cheeses and parsley.
Step 3: On a lightly floured surface, roll each dinner roll into a 10-inch rope.
Step 4: Dip in butter mixture, then in cheese mixture.
Step 5: Fold each rope in half and twist twice; pinch ends together to seal.
Step 6: Place 2-inches apart on greased baking sheets.
Step 7: Cover with a clean dry tea towel, then and let rise until almost doubled (about 30 minutes).
Step 8: Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven (one pan at a time) for about 15 minutes or until golden brown, if you are using a convection oven then you can bake two pans at a time.
