Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cook pie crust as directed and then let it cool completely on a rack.
Step 2: In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the 4 squares of chocolate and milk for 2 minutes or until softened. Cool to room temperature.
Step 3: In another bowl and using an electric mixer beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and orange peel for about 2 minutes or until smooth. Beat in the chocolate and fold in whipped cream.
Step 4: Spread filling in the cooled pie shell. Arrange strawberry slices on filling in a circle so the points face outward.
Step 5: Heat the preserved and the water; stir to combine and brush on top of the strawberries.
Step 6: Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
