  • 6 ounces artichoke hearts (marinaded, drained and chopped)
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced red pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (Tabasco sauce)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper freshly ground (to taste)
