Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • FOR THE FILLING
  • 2 tablespoons yellow onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cups celery, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Bisquick Baking Mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cans (8 ounce) tuna (they had the big one advertised)
  • FOR THE DOUGH
  • 2 cups Bisquick Baking Mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • FOR THE SAUCE
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup diced Velveeta Cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute onion and butter.

  • Step 2: Add celery.

  • Step 3: Add Bisquick and milk, make sauce.

  • Step 4: Add undrained tuna. Mix then cook until thick.

  • Step 5: Roll out dough.

  • Step 6: Cut 6 six inch squares they used pastry wheel to make fancy edges.

  • Step 7: Put into heavily buttered pam sprayed ramekins make sure they are large ones and put on cookie sheet im sure.

  • Step 8: Divide tuna mixture.

  • Step 9: Fold corners over top pinching to seal.

  • Step 10: Bake 425 degrees 20 minutes until golden.

  • Step 11: Sauce blend cheese and milk until smooth pour over top.
