Step 1: Pound all the chicken breasts until thin.
Step 2: Season with 1/2 teaspoon onion and garlic powder. Sprinkle on little salt, pepper and tarragon. Dot with butter in center.
Step 3: Fold up tightly and secure with toothpicks.
Step 4: Dredge in flour, then dip in egg mixture, then roll in cornflakes parsley mixture.
Step 5: Freeze until completely chilled, can wrap individually.
Step 6: Deep fry at 370 degrees until browned, turning only once.
