  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon A-1 Steak Sauce
  • 1 tablespoons parsley, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • FOR THE COATING
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs (dry)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • FOR THE SAUCE
  • 1 can (8 ounce) tomato sauce
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (15 ounce) kidney beans (drained)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix meat mixture together. Take by tablespoonfuls and form into balls. Coat the meatballs in bread crumbs. Fry in oil until browned.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile in bowl, mix sauce ingredients together, then add to browned meatballs. Bring everything but beans to a simmer.

  • Step 3: Add beans cook meatballs through.
