Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 cups whole kernel corn (4 cups, frozen, thawed)
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/8 cup chicken stock (or water)
  • 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms (about 1/2 pound)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed

How to Make

  • Step 1: Melt butter in a large skillet. Add corn and onion; saute.

  • Step 2: Add chicken stock;p cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook an additional 2 minutes.

  • Step 3: Just before removing from heat, season to taste with salt, pepper, and dill weed.
