Step 1: Place a few fresh cranberries in each mini ice cube slot then pour in unsweetened cranberry juice. Place trays in freezer and freeze until frozen.
Step 2: Pour the 28 ounces of cranberry juice into a large punch bowl and stir in sugar. Mix until sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 3: Pour sparkling wine and sweet wine into cranberry mixture and give a gentle stir. Just before you serve this, empty all the cranberry ice cubes into punch bowl.
Step 4: Ladle punch and cranberry ice cubes into glasses. Serve, enjoy!
