Step 1: Combine soy, sugar, honey and tomato sauce in a bowl.
Step 2: Place chicken wings in a large snap lock bag and add the marinade, seal bag and shake to coat the wings and then marinate in refrigerator for at 2 hours or preferably overnight.
Step 3: Combine butter, chilli, lime rind, lime juice and chives in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Spoon the mixture onto a sheet of baking paper and form into a 10cm log, roll up firmly twisting the paper ends to secure and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
Step 5: Preheat oven to 200C.
Step 6: Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 7: Remove wings from the marinade and place on prepared tray and bake, basting every 15 minutes for 45 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
Step 8: Top with slices of chilli, chive and lime butter and serve with lime wedges.
