  • 1 package (1 ounce) dry onion soup mix
  • 2 1/2 cups water (hot)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut rabbit into serving pieces and wash well.

  • Step 2: Blanch rabbit by putting it into a saucepan. Cover with water and bring to a boil.

  • Step 3: Remove rabbit from the saucepan and place in a greased casserole dish. Cover rabbit with the carrots and potatoes.

  • Step 4: Mix soup with the hot water and pour over vegetables.

  • Step 5: Cover and bake at 350 F for 2 hours.
