Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup yellow onion, chopped
  • 4 cups potatoes, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon salt (it called for tablespoon)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 pounds fresh salmon (3/4" cubes, raw fish sturgeon or paddle fish queen fish)
  • 6 cups water (boiling)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup half & half cream
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoons chives

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add potatoes, onions, salt and pepper to water. Cook about 10 min, until veg are soft, but not completely cooked.

  • Step 2: Add fish and cook 10 min.

  • Step 3: Add milk and light cream, stir and heat 15 min longer. DO NOT BOIL.

  • Step 4: Serve with parsley and chives.
