Step 1: Preheat oven to 375F. Line 2 baking sheets with baking parchment.
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients thoroughly.
Step 3: Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Step 4: Drop by tablespoon full onto baking sheet, about 3 inches apart.
Step 5: Bake about 11 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove from baking sheet and cool on a wire rack.
