Step 1: Preheat oven to 400F.
Step 2: Spray a rimmed cookie sheet or large baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
Step 3: Combine all meatball ingredients in a large bowl (using your hands works best).
Step 4: Form meat mixture into 1 - 1 1/2 inch meatballs, about 40 in total.
Step 5: Place on prepared pan.
Step 6: Bake for 15 -18 minutes, until meatballs are cooked through and nicely browned on the outside.
Step 7: While meatballs are cooking, prepare sauce.
Step 8: In a deep, non-stick skillet, whisk together all sauce ingredients.
Step 9: Heat over medium high heat, stirring constantly, until sauce boils.
Step 10: Reduce heat to medium and cook sauce, uncovered for 3 minutes, stirring often.
Step 11: Sauce will thicken a bit.
Step 12: Add cooked meatballs to sauce and mix well.
Step 13: Serve hot.
