Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 pounds beef flank steak
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin, ground
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 can (8 ounce) tomatoes (I used a 15 ounce can)
  • 360 grams flour tortillas (12 flour tortillas, 8-inch)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut steak into 6-8 pieces and combine in crock pot with next 10 ingredients (all but the tortillas); cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.

  • Step 2: Shred meat and return to crockpot.
