Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 125 grams cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 large eggs (separated)
  • 1 teaspoon gelatin (dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water)
  • 200 grams dark chocolate (melted)
  • 100 grams chocolate (Toblerone chocolate, chopped finely)
  • 1/2 tablespoon brandy
  • Chocolate, and cream for decoration

How to Make

  • Step 1: Beat cream cheese, sugar and cream until smooth.

  • Step 2: Add egg yolks, gelatine mixture and melted chocolate, mix until all ingredients are well combined.

  • Step 3: Beat egg whites to soft peaks and gently fold into chocolate mixture with Toblerone, add brandy.

  • Step 4: Pour into small dishes and chill for 4 hours.

  • Step 5: Decorate with extra chocolate and cream if desired.
