Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 (2 pound) buffalo steak (cubed, beef as a substitute)
  • 6 jalapeno chilies (finely chopped)
  • Sage leaves, finely chopped (19 leaves), i would start with one or two this seems like a lot
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 pound fresh spinach
  • Buffalo fat (1 tablespoon)
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Marinate buffalo in half the chilies (I'm guessing overnight).

  • Step 2: Put the spinach in a pan with the rest of chilies, peanut butter, sage leaves and buffalo fat (can use lard). I would add spinach towards end so it doesn't overcook, then put the buffalo in and cook until the meat is well browned.
