Step 1: Wipe the mushrooms with a clean dry cloth, remove and discard the stem and gills from mushroom with a spoon; set aside.
Step 2: Whisk together the lemon juice, creamy Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, basil, salt and pepper and pour half in a container big enough to hold both mushrooms.
Step 3: Place the mushrooms in the container cap side down and pour the remaining sauce inside the mushroom; allow to sit for a couple of hours.
Step 4: Remove the mushrooms from the sauce and place them cap side down on a pre-heated grill and cook over direct heat for about 3 minutes per side.
Step 5: Heat the buns and spread a bit of the Caesar dressing on buns, add mushrooms and top with bacon, lettuce and tomato.
Step 6: Enjoy!
