  • 60 grams shredded coconut (1 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (soft)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cream butter and sugar. Mix in egg and salt. Fold in coconut and cornflakes. Drop onto buttered cookie sheet.
