Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 cans (4.5 ounce) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (Pillsbury, 6 ct each can)
  • 35 pepperoni slices (you will use 2 slices per biscuit)
  • Colby/Monterey Jack or Chedder cheese (1 block)
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Garlic Powder
  • Pizza sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Slice cheese into 18 squares.

  • Step 2: Flatten each biscuit and stack pepperoni and cheese on top Gather edges of biscuit and secure on top of the roll.

  • Step 3: Line rolls in greased 9x13 pan Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.

  • Step 4: Bake at 425 degrees F. for 18 to 20 mins.

  • Step 5: Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping. ENJOY!!
