Step 1: Heat some oil in a large pot and add beef cubes. Cook beef cubes until really browned on all sides, stirring often. Take out the beef from the pot. Add onion and garlic and cook for few minutes.
Step 2: Add beef back to pot with all other ingredeints. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low.
Step 3: Simmer, covered, until beef and vegetables are tender – about 1 1/2 hour stirring occasionally. Add some salt and pepper while cooking.
