Step 1: In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and stir for 1 minute. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and the chicken stock. Turn the heat up to high and let it come to a boil. Add the DRY angel hair pasta to the garlic/broth mixture and cook until al dente.
Step 2: When the angel hair is cooked, remove the saucepan off the heat, add some pepper to your taste, then slowly mix 1 cup of parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup at a time, if you find that it is clumping add a small amount of cream or milk, tossing until completely melted. Mix in the table cream and parsley. Add more cream if necessary.
Step 3: Serve immediately with more Parmesan cheese.
