Step 1: Bake cake as instructed on the box in 9x13-inch pan.
Step 2: When baked and cooled, poke holes all over cake with meat fork.
Step 3: Mix large box of Jello with the 1 1/2 cups boiled water then 1 cup iced water, let it est for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Slowly pour over the cooled cake and allow to run into holes all over cake.
Step 4: Chill cake until Jello is set (1 hour).
Step 5: In large bowl, cream the cheese until creamy.
Step 6: Add the dry Jello powder, pudding mix, milk and the vanilla extract; beat well. Gently fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cake. Place in refrigerator until you are ready to serve it.
