Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 12 extra-large eggs (hard boiled cooled then peeled)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Garlic powder (1 pinch, to taste)
  • Chili powder (1 pinch, to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • FOR THE TOP OF EGGS
  • Bacon (cooked minced
  • Paprika, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Slice eggs lengthwise.

  • Step 2: Gently remove yolks and place in mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients (except the bacon, mixing until really smooth. Using a food processor will make the mixture creamy.

  • Step 3: Scoop mixture into a pastry bag, or resealable gallon bag and fit a tip on it if desired. Squeeze mixture into the empty egg whites.

  • Step 4: Top with a sprinkle of paprika and crushed bacon bits.

  • Step 5: Best if chilled for at least 2 hours before serving.
