Step 1: Slice eggs lengthwise.
Step 2: Gently remove yolks and place in mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients (except the bacon, mixing until really smooth. Using a food processor will make the mixture creamy.
Step 3: Scoop mixture into a pastry bag, or resealable gallon bag and fit a tip on it if desired. Squeeze mixture into the empty egg whites.
Step 4: Top with a sprinkle of paprika and crushed bacon bits.
Step 5: Best if chilled for at least 2 hours before serving.
