  • 1 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped (or 1/4 teaspoon dried basil)
  • 2 large eggs (or egg substitute)
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoons olive oil (or canola oil)
  • Paprika, 1 dash
  • Pepper, 1 dash

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together the tomato & Basil.

  • Step 2: Beat the egg, water & garlic together.

  • Step 3: Heat the oil (or use a light spray).

  • Step 4: Add egg.

  • Step 5: Cook stirring gently as the egg sets.

  • Step 6: Sprinkle with paprika.

  • Step 7: Add tomatoes and pepper.

  • Step 8: Stie and continue cooking until the egg is totally set and the tomatoe is heated through.
