Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 box (12 ounce) pasta shells (large shells)
  • 16 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup spinach, drained and chopped
  • 4 ounces goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 green onion, minced
  • Marinara Sauce, to pour over top, homemade or store bought

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook the shells in boiling water, until tender.

  • Step 2: While shells are cooking combine the rest of ingredients (except for the Marinara Sauce and half the Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses), and mix together well.

  • Step 3: Remove shells from water and let them cool, then stuff with mixture placing them in a baking dish.

  • Step 4: Cover the stuffed shells with the Marinara Sauce.

  • Step 5: Top with Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese.

  • Step 6: Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes.
