Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 12 ounces pork chops (2 chops, 6 ounce each bone in)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 lime (juice of)
  • 1 tablespoon jerk seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable oil)
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place all the ingredients except for the chops in a large re-sealable plastic bag and swish to mix.

  • Step 2: Add the pork chops and take as much of the air out of the bag as you can, seal the bag and marinate refrigerated for at least 8 hours.

  • Step 3: Remove the chops from the marinade and cook on a pre-heated grill over direct heat until no longer pink in the middle. The cook time will depend on how thick the chops are; mine were 1/2 inch thick and took 5 minutes per side.

  • Step 4: Enjoy!
