Step 6: Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Step 7: Meanwhile prepare the glaze by mixing all ingredients together until smooth and combined (the glaze must be drizzled onto the warm cake).
Step 8: Remove cake from oven then top warm cake evenly with marshmallows.
Step 9: Return to oven and bake 5 minutes.
Step 10: Drizzle Chocolate Frosting over warm cake.
Step 11: Cool completely.
