  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) bag miniature marshmallows
  • Chocolate Glaze:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup light cream
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened baking cocoa

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, then set oven rack to second-lowest position.

  • Step 2: Grease and flour a 15 x 10-inch jellyroll pan.

  • Step 3: Whisk together melted butter and next 6 ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth and well combined.

  • Step 4: Stir in flour until smooth and combined, then mix in chopped pecans.

  • Step 5: Pour batter into sheet pan.

  • Step 6: Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

  • Step 7: Meanwhile prepare the glaze by mixing all ingredients together until smooth and combined (the glaze must be drizzled onto the warm cake).

  • Step 8: Remove cake from oven then top warm cake evenly with marshmallows.

  • Step 9: Return to oven and bake 5 minutes.

  • Step 10: Drizzle Chocolate Frosting over warm cake.

  • Step 11: Cool completely.
