Step 1: Combine the flour with the next 5 dry spices in a bowl.
Step 2: Place the egg and water mixture into a second bowl, and the bread crumbs into a third. Roll chicken breasts with seasoned flour and dip in egg mix, shaking off excess coating. Then last, coat chicken breasts with crumbs, pressing crumbs deep into meat.
Step 3: Heat oil in frying pan on medium-high, and cook breast for 4 minutes on each side. Serve on buns with swiss, lettuce, bacon and onion slices.
