Step 1: Mash the raspberries lightly with a fork in a large glass or ceramic bowl.
Step 2: Add the water, lemon juice, sugar and mint to the raspberries and mix gently until the sugar dissolves.
Step 3: Strain the raspberry mixture into a large pitcher, discarding the solids.
Step 4: Chill, covered, in the refrigerator.
Step 5: Pour the lemonade over ice in glasses and garnish with additional raspberries, lemon slices, and/or fresh mint leaves.
