Step 1: Spread 1 cup whipped topping over the bottom of the crust.
Step 2: Drop jelly onto topping; spread carefully.
Step 3: Whisk cream or milk and pudding mix until thickened.
Step 4: Add peanut butter; mix well.
Step 5: Fold in the remaining whipped topping; spread over jelly.
Step 6: Cover and freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
Step 7: Remove from the freezer about 10 minutes before serving.
Step 8: Before serving drizzle chocolate syrup over then sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
