  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • SHRIMP MIX
  • 1 1/2 pounds shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons catsup
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix seasonings and cornstarch together in a small bowl.

  • Step 2: Mix shrimp with lemon juice and catsup. Toss the mixture with the shrimp until evenly coated, then add seasoning mix; toss and coat.

  • Step 3: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Step 4: Add the shrimp to the pan and fry until thoroughly cooked - turning occasionally (shrimp should be completely pink).
