  • 10 slices bread (French bread)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/4 cup oil (frying oil, canola, vegetable, etc.)
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/8 cup crumbled feta cheese (for top)
  • 1/8 cup chopped beef pastrami (optional)
  • 1/8 cup diced sweet bell pepper (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil in a frying pan.

  • Step 2: Beat eggs well in a bowl. Add milk and spices, salt and pepper. Mix well.

  • Step 3: Soak each slice in the mix for 5-7 seconds. Make sure each side is well coated

  • Step 4: Fry in hot oil until golden.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle feta on top.

  • Step 6: Serve with tomatoes ,pastrami and/or diced sweet pepper.
