Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 12 ounces ground venison
  • 4 ounces bacon, minced
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
  • 6 ounces bread buns (4 hamburger buns)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together the ground venison, minced bacon, onion, horseradish, mustard, garlic powder and hot pepper flakes well; shape into four patties.

  • Step 2: Pan fry or grill until cooked through place on buns and top with your favorite toppings (A meat thermometer should read 160 degrees when inserted in the middle of the patty.)

  • NOTE: Depending on what type of bacon you are using, the addition of the bacon may keep the meat pink, it might not look cooked but if it reads 160 degrees, it is cooked!
