Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 package (3 ounce) Jell-O gelatin (lemon)
  • 1 cup water (boiling)
  • 1 can (8 ounce) tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • SALAD
  • 2 cups shrimp (cooked, no shell or tail)
  • 2 large eggs (hard-boiled, sliced in circles)
  • 1/2 cup grapefruit wedges (pink, cut in half no rind just slices)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 heads Boston bibb lettuce

How to Make

  • FOR THE JELLO

  • Step 1: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

  • Step 2: Add remaining ingredients. Blend.

  • Step 3: Pour into individual molds ice cube trays Chill until firm—about 4 hours. Unmold.

  • FOR THE SALAD

  • Step 4: Put lettuce in bowl and place toppings around. Top with jello cubes.
