Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups mayonnaise (real mayo and not the low fat kind)
  • 1/4 cup minced parsley, if desired
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Marjoram, pinch
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (cooked, about 4 breasts)
  • 2 cups seedless green grapes (sliced)
  • 1/2 cups slivered almonds (toasted)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Shred chicken breasts. Combine chicken with sliced grapes and almonds.

  • Step 2: Melt butter, cool to room temperature. Mix slowly into mayonnaise (mix well). Then add curry powder, parsley, garlic, marjoram, salt and pepper to taste. Toss dressing with chicken mixture.
