Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 4 cups vegetable broth (500 ml)
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups Velveeta cheese (it called for Cheese spread)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon pepper (tricolored ,less if your not feeling it)
  • 1 pound broccoli (frozen)
  • 2 pounds potato
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Nutmeg, 1 pinch
  • Rosemary, 1 pinch
  • Parsley, 1 pinch

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 2: Fry the chicken breast with onions and garlic spicy, stir in the tomato paste and deglaze with the vegetable broth.

  • Step 3: Sour cream and cheese add and simmer for about 20 minutes.(i would add sour cream last ,it breaks easily )

  • Step 4: The sauce at will thicken and season with colored pepper.(its the mixed colored pepper.

  • Step 5: Meanwhile, cook the broccoli and the peeled potatoes.

  • Step 6: The potato water drain and mash the potatoes, add milk gradually until the desired strength is reached.

  • Step 7: Butter, salt, rosemary, parsley and nutmeg.
