Step 1: On a work surface place 4 bread slices and on each slice put 1/2 cup cheese and top with 2 tomato slices and 1 tablespoon basil. Top with remaining bread slices.
Step 2: Heat a large skillet over medium heat; coat pan with cooking spray.
Step 3: Add sandwiches to pan; cook 3-5 minutes or until lightly browned; flip sandwiches and cover and cook for a few more minutes or until cheese melts.
