  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1 can (15 ounce) pickled beets, drained
  • 4 large eggs (hard-boiled, peeled, sliced)
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese (cubed or shreddeed)
