Step 1: Oven-broil all the chicken livers.
Step 2: In a skillet heat the chicken fat. Add onion, brown in hot fat until onions are just a very light golden brown.
Step 3: Mix cooked livers with the browned onion and the chicken fat from the skillet, mashed eggs and salt until well blended. Add in pepper.
Step 4: Chill for a few hours. Serve with crackers.
